Aerial Aspirations & Elastica Contortion
Unlock your potential with our Elastica Contortion class, where safe stretching and strengthening techniques are tailored for all skill levels. Perfect for pole artists, circus performers, and dancers, this class helps you achieve extraordinary flexibility and execute impressive contortion poses, such as front splits, oversplits, and back bends.
Aerial Aspirations builds on these skills with dynamic exercises focused on enhancing strength and technique. Propel towards your elite pole goals while mastering fundamental skills in a supportive and challenging environment.
Liquid Motion
Liquid motion involves fluid, flowing movements that mimic the seamless motion of liquids, creating a visually stunning and continuous dance form. Participants are encouraged to wear long sleeve shirt, and bring knee pads for protection and comfort during floor based routines. Heels are optional.
TIPS FOR NEW STUDENTS
At Peacock Pole Art, we celebrate inclusivity and encourage participation from individuals of all fitness levels. No fitness background? No problem. Pole is for everybody who wants to increase their strength, and get a full body workout with a unique and fun experience.
For your attire, we recommend wearing workout clothes that allow for ease of movement. It’s also beneficial to bring along a pair of shorts and a yoga mat for added comfort during warm up. To ensure a safe practice, please refrain from applying fresh lotion or oil prior to class, and kindly remove any jewelry, including rings, to avoid injury.
